Mississippi Qualifying Conditions

You must have one of the following conditions listed below in order to qualify for a medical cannabis card. You will need to provide documentation from your healthcare provider showing that you have one or more of the qualifying conditions.

  • Cancer

  • Parkinson’s Disease

  • Hannington’s Disease

  • Muscular Dystrophy

  • Glaucoma

  • Spastic Quadriplegia

  • HIV

  • AIDS

  • Hepatitis

  • ALS

  • Crohn’s Disease

  • Ulcerative Colitis

  • Sickle-cell Anemia

  • Alzheimer’s Disease

  • Agitation of Dementia

  • PTSD

  • Autism

  • Pain Management

  • Diabetic | Peripheral Neuropathy

  • Spinal Cord Disease

The following medical conditions or their treatment qualifies for participation in the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program:

  • Cachexia or Wasting Syndrome

  • Chronic Pain

  • Severe or Intractable Nausea

  • Seizures

  • Severe and Persistent Muscle Spasms
